Sunday night DJ Pharris & Felicia Lawerence hosted the 10th annual Surround Sound Of Fashion (SSOF) event at the Bentley Gold Coast in Chicago, IL. The models hit the runway, King Combs, Queen Naija & Vic Mensa hit the stage. If you didn’t know, SSOF was created by Nate Gilbert & Rocky Blackmon. SSOF was invented for upcoming models, designers & new artist, to show their talent and be featured with some of the top people in the fashion and entertainment industry. SSOF has been one of the dopest fashion shows in the Midwest for the past 10 years. SSOF is the type of fashion show that everyone wants to get in & be invited to!

This years trendsetter award was given to jay Allen. Also, an acknowledgment was given to 2017s model winners. The overall show was a well put together event and everyone in the building was dressed to impress. Even the performances from the upcoming artist had the audience to their feet feeling the beat.

The event ended with a positive quote from the founder himself.“I’m very proud of how tonights’ show turned out. Before tonight, I was curious to see how it all would turn out due to the location but it worked out great. We put a lot of work into this show and now I’m ready to go home & sleep. “
